How it all started
The year was 1988. A bank manager in Umeå, northern Sweden, was unhappy with the sound quality of the speakerphone in the conference room and so he contacted electrical consultant Peter Renkel. Could he design something better? The task was a real challenge. At this time, there were no dedicated conference telephones around. Peter and his childhood friend John-Erik Eriksson therefore decided to build their own – from scratch. The solution was a success, the bank manager was happy, and so Konftel was born.

Our products create opportunities for productive meetings to be conducted remotely, generating huge environmental benefits from the reduction in business travel around the globe. But it doesn't stop there. We now also offset all the greenhouse gas emissions from our production and other activities, making Konftel the first in our industry to offer climate neutral conferencing products.

2 x UI: takes away all the stress
There are two superb ways for the user to easily interact with the Konftel 800. The built-in color touch screen displays the available features via clear icons, with separate buttons for volume and mute. The conference phone can also be managed effortlessly through the Konftel Unite mobile app, supporting One Touch Conferencing and calling personal contacts. Both of these easy-to-use interfaces take all the stress out of launching and managing conference calls.
Konftel Smart Microphone
With the Konftel Smart Microphone, you can
expand the pick-up range to handle larger conferences. Connect one or two expansion microphones, depending on the size of the room. The Konftel Smart Microphone has built-in cancellation of echo and background noise through OmniSound®.
Maximize the audio experience
The cascading feature extends both the sound distribution and pick-up range for maximum coverage, giving you rich and full audio even in extra large rooms. Up to three Konftel 800 devices can be daisy-chained by cable, completely without hassle and complexity.

The wireless conference phone Konftel 300Wx allows you to hold meetings wherever is convenient for you – without worrying about network and power outlets. The wireless DECT technology is both reliable and secure. Choose a base station to suit your company's telephony environment, SIP or analog, or connect to an installed DECT system.
The rechargeable battery ensures more than 60 call hours, so you can talk for a full work week without recharging! Optional expansion microphones increase capacity to large rooms.
The Konftel 300Wx without a base station is perfect if you have an installed third-party DECT/GAP base or system to register the telephone with. It is also ideal if you want to add additional conference phones to an existing base station from Konftel, IP or analog.

You're in control
Konftel 300Wx and the Konftel Unite mobile app are the perfect combination. Via the optional Konftel Unite adapter, you can connect up the app and manage the conference phone effortlessly. With our One Touch Conferencing, one touch really is all it takes to start or join a meeting. Use your personal contact book and control the phone's functions during the meeting.

A USB port makes the Konftel 300Wx ready for all the apps and services we use to communicate and collaborate via computers – such as Microsoft Teams, Skype, Cisco Webex, Zoom, Google Hangouts, Avaya IX Workplace and Unify Circuit. The Konftel 300Wx is packed with smart features: Call via a mobile phone connected by cable, as an alternative to DECT and USB. Use the line selector to switch easily between DECT, USB and mobile phone connections, or connect calls. Record meetings on an SD memory card. As a SIP telephone, it has been tested and validated for a wide range of popular IP platforms, in accordance with Konftel's strategy.
Smart features
This is a proper conference telephone. The built-in bridging function handles five-way calls, which reduces the need for external bridging services. The conference guide makes it easy to call up groups at the touch of a button. Another popular feature of the Konftel 300IP is recording onto an SD memory card.
Grows with the task
The Konftel 300IP fits everything from small rooms to large auditoriums. It includes the option to connect a pair of expansion microphones to increase the room pickup range. You can also connect a wireless headset if you're lecturing. If you use the PA interface box to connect to a PA system, there is no limit to the size of the meeting room.
Easy for the administrator
The Konftel 300IP can be configured and updated via the web interface or the company's own provisioning server. Another convenient option is Konftel's web service Zero Touch Installation. You can also download new software and update the phone offline.
